     Located in Eagle, Idaho,  Kelsey Creek Cotons strives to provide you with an  animal companion of a life time and a high quality dog that lives up to the CTCA standards.  We are Jon and Patty Powell.  We have two daughters, Audrey (14) and Ava (11) who both love animals and have grown up with them all their lives.  We guarantee a dog from Kelsey Creek Cotons will be highly imprinted and socialized to ensure a loving companion.
